we seek and develop new talent for our film projects
Auditions and Interviews
Our interview and audition procedure is unique in the film industry. Interviews begin with a simple telephone conversation, to determine the quality of the prospective actors vocal ability.
Each film project is unique, and therefore we will be seeking a particular sound, or speech pattern, accent, etc. This initial interview telephone conversation in an attempt to discover what the
prospective talent can give to a project.

will be given parts in multiple productions, as well as the possibility of continuing roles in sequels.
We believe in continunity of characters.
When a new talent is discovered, then meets all of the criteria
that is established for a particular role,as well as passing a screen test for that role they well be provided transportation to the film locale and prepare for the production.
Once under contract they successful talent will be provided accomidations, and expenses for the term of the filming or the production of the project. The successful talent will be compensated at normal UNION/SAG wage scale.
IT MUST BE UNDERSTOOD
All personnel will be required to submit to pre-employment drug testing as well as random testing on locations of a shoot.
ANYONE FOUND TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY SUBSTANCE WHILE ON THE SET WILL BE TERMINATED, IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT RECOURSE.
Those terminated will not be provided transportation or expenses to return to their orginal place of employment.
ALL LOCALES, SETS AND SHOOTS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY PRODUCTION BY "B4 FILM PRODUCTIONS"
are dry and clean sets without exception.
